Cancellation: We offer a 24 hour courtesy hold on your reservation. If you cancel your reservation anytime after the courtesy hold period, there is a cancellation fee of 10% of your first night's stay. Minimum $25. Cancellations within 30 days of travel forfeit the deposit unless we rebook the room. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are responsible for the entire booking unless we can re-rent the room.

This collection of 1898 Victorian houses, just 1½ blocks from the ferry landing has been recognized by the New York Times and Travel Holiday Magazine as the premier lodging destination in Friday Harbor, San Juan Island. The Inn consists of two newly renovated Victorian homes with guest cottages. The guest rooms are appointed with the finest amenities and feature 2-person Jacuzzi tubs – some have private balconies and fire places. The Cottages have kitchens and wood burning stoves. Each morning guests enjoy a full gourmet breakfast either delivered to their cottage or served at the Inn’s Garden Cafe.
