The Inns on Bellevue are a collection of 4 distinctively historic bed and breakfast properties located on 2 blocks atop Historic Hill. Our ideal location is just 3 blocks from the heart of town, and a short stroll to Eastons Beach, the Newport Mansions, and the cliffwalk.

The Inn on Bellevue and Bellevue Manor are located directly on Bellevue Avenue, directly across from the Hotel Viking. At these properties, you will find a range of accommodations including queen and king bedded rooms, Junior Suites, romantic jacuzzi rooms, and 2 bedroom family suites. The Inn on Bellevue sits on the corner of Bellevue Avenue and Catherine Street, and has a parlor with large windows overlooking the avenue. The Bellevue Manor is recently renovated, and has a large porch facing Bellevue Avenue.

Just behind these properties are Bellevue House and the Brinley Victorian. Both offer superior accommodations at reasonable prices. Bellevue House offers "pet friendly" rooms, and an charming outdoor patio. The Brinley Victorian provides graceful accommodations, with a library, parlors, and an interior, beautifully landscaped courtyard.

All properties provide superior accommodations at reasonable prices. Whichever location you choose, all rooms have private bathrooms, cable television, air conditioning, parking, and include breakfast.

I have stayed at many B&B's in Newport and I keep coming back to the Inn on Bellevue. They are fantastic! Rooms are spacious, clean and decorated with an understated charm. But, what really sets this Inn apart is the staff. If you're going to stay in Newport you would be well served to stay with Gino and his staff. The Inn is an easy walk to downtown but not in the middle of the noise and the hustle and bustle. Great restuarants are mere blocks away...and did I mention the staff???

My family and I along with friends travel to Newport 2-3 times a year. We pick up the phone and call The Bellevue Inn and we are taken care of like family. The Owner and his Wife are wonderful people. The Inn's have so much character and are beautifully remodeled with comfortable beds and are very clean. The breakfast is to die for and everything is so fresh and delicious.I would advise anyone wanting to travel to beautiful Newport, RI to stay at one of the Inn's on Bellevue! You will not regret it!
