    Absolutely amazing experience! We have nothing but rave reviews for our stay at the Kilpatricks. The rooms were exceptional well taken care of and clean, beautifully decorated and detailed to perfection. We felt like the first guests! Nance and Kevin were always smiling and out going, we were among friends. The breakfast was the best we had ever had with wonderful and unique dishes. We have already booked our summer stay and can't wait to return.

    What a wonderful time we had during our stay in the beautiful Niagara region. The Kilpatrick Manor was the highlight of our trip that serves up awesome food, luxury rooms, quaint details and good cheer. Chef Kevin and Nance have created a wonderful B&B experience that is hard to find. They are generous, particular, funny, honest, hard working and it shows in every aspect of your experience. We have told everyone about our visit and can't wait to have family and friends enjoy this little slice of heaven. Way to go guys, you don't find places like yours anymore.

    This place rocks! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this awesome B&B. We chose the Hunniford room because of the amazing shower and huge king size bed and we would not have left if it were not for Niagara Falls beckoning. Everything you need and so much more is there for your use like romantic CD's. The food definitely put it over the top! Kevin is an awesome Chef and the food is so fresh and unique. This is the best breakfast we have ever had, hands down. We walked to everything and loved the area. We'll be back again and can't wait to see what Kevin has on the menu!

    I honestly can't say enough great things about Kilpatrick Manor. Our room was very clean, well decorated, with no detail forgotten. Each morning we enjoyed the most unbelievable breakfast EVER!!! Kevin starts you out with your beverage and a fruit/dip tray, followed by a gourmet, made to order, breakfast. This is by far the best BNB I have ever stayed at. Nance and Kevin included so many small details in our stay that were unexpected and fantastic. The two of them are younger and much more vibrant than your typical BNB owner and it shows.
