A one hundred percent of payment is required for reservations made less than sixty days prior to arrival and may be canceled if not paid in full..Deposit - A thirty percent of total payment must be paid prior to sixty days of rental dates. Full amount must be paid if booking is less than sixty days prior to arrival. Rentee must agree that at sixty days prior to the reservation, balance will be charged to the same credit card or card of their choice used to pay deposit unless other arrangements are made.
