Within a quarter mile are a number of places offering water activities along both lava rock and sandy beaches. In addition, golf, tennis, and horseback riding can all be enjoyed close by. Kailua Kona Village, a five minute walk from the resort, is a center for deep sea fishing. The resort accepts cash, checks, Visa and M/C for fees. There is a mandatory unit preparation fee of 50.00. To activate air conditioning for the week requires a fee of 70.00 for a 1 bedroom and USD 84.00 for a 2 bedroom unit. Guests must pay a transient accommodations tax in Hawaii between 10.00 and 30.00 per each 7 days.
