Our Policies
- Check In ProcedureCheck-out is at 1000 AMIf you are arriving earlier than 400 P.M. our personnel will make every attempt at early occupancy, however early check-ins are not guaranteed. Check-out time is 1000 A.M. and is strictly enforced. Enquires will be addressed at the front desk.- After Hours Check In ProcedureIf you are arriving after hours, there will be a late night check-in packet in the box immediately to the left of our office door. Inside the packet you will find keys, a parking pass, directions to your condo and a Manager on duty phone number in case of emergency.
