The services and amenities make the CocoStyle Residences unique to corporate executives and the leisure traveler. The building is a BRAND NEW property. We have distinctive high quality interiors that reflect the chic style of Miami and Coconut Grove. All finishes, furniture and textiles are of the highest quality. We feature a spectacular roof top lanai and pool deck with a 360 view of Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and South Miami. We have a barbecue and grill area ideal for meetings or parties. The lobby and building are secured 24/7 accompanied by free assigned parking. The suites are fully furnished with exceptional furniture and stylish accents and accessories. The spacious suites offer king or queen beds and a sofa sleeper is available in all rooms. All suites have a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. TWO full sized bathrooms in each suite with upgraded amenities including multi functional spa shower panel and hair dryer. There is a stacked washer and dryer in each suite. The suites also highlight: a formal dining area, large closet space, wireless high speed Internet access, flat panel TVs, cable TV with 120 channels including 18 premium channels, DVD, Stereo system, central A/C and heat, alarm clock, ironing board and a private balcony for your pleasure. Our concierge program is extremely well rounded, they include: personalized grocery shopping and catering services, chef, butler, chauffeur services, nanny, laundry services, courier services, exercises club, hair salon, full spa, rental services for your dream car, jet or yacht, boat tours, sailing lessons and more. All services must be booked in advance when placing your reservation. Please request these services in the comments or remarks area of your reservation. Reservations of less than one week period will be quoted at the minimum full week rate.

Our Policies
TERMS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT- All rental agreements require a 7-day -one-week- minimum stay, no refunds will be made for early departure of weekly stay.- Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on length of stay, season and availability.- All occupants of the room must be registered guests.- Guest is liable for any damages to building, suite and/or fixtures that are a result of the actions of the registered guest or visitors of the guest.- Deposits and/or pre-paid room charges may not be refunded for breach of any terms in Rental Agreement- Check out time is 11am, checkouts made after this time may be subject to additional charges..CANCELLATION POLICY- We require a 24-hours reservation cancellation notification. In the event that a reservation is canceled without 24-hour prior notification, we reserve the right to charge guest a fee equivalent to the first nights room charge.- Reservation is to be confirmed a week prior to check-in date.- Credit Cards will be charged at check-in.- There will be no refunds issued for early departure or other breaches in terms of Rental Agreement.RESERVATIONS REQUIREMENTS- Copy of Photo I.D.- Signed Guest Registration and Rental Agreement- Reservation Credit Card Authorization.TAXES- Leases for less than 6 months will be charged a 13 percent tax -6 percent bed tax plus 7 percent sales tax.- Leases for more than 6 consecutive months are exempt from paying the 13 percent tax..GUEST ARRIVAL / FLIGHT INFORMATION -- Front Desk Hours are from 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.- Front Desk Hours are by special arrangement on Saturday and Sunday.- Guests arriving after hours, please provide estimated arrival time and flight information if applicable.
